We take the interdisciplinary approach when it comes to managing our residents' long or short-term care. Each resident is evaluated by an experienced healthcare professional who then develops a plan of care custom tailored to meet the resident’s needs. This ensures that each individual is participating in a plan of care that will help with a smooth transition back to routine daily activities.
 

Accommodations

Our Center features comfortable rooms that offer residents privacy and a quiet place to rest after a busy day of rehabilitative therapy and activities, such as social group events. The Subacute rooms include free cable TV, and phone service for a minimal cost.
